New Chapter Books have recently launched a brand new art prize in memory of local artist Stephen Dowling.
Open to all amateur artists of any age, the theme for submissions is “townscape”.

The closing date for entries is Friday 17th April at 5pm.
The winner will receive a cash prize and a workshop with me, Sarah Louise Artist, at my studio at DG8 0BY.
