Created on a small 20cm x 20cm canvas board for a client who wished to have the majestic Culzean Castle painted in purple hues (my favourite colour).
The second of two large commissions painted for a client on 1m wide stretched canvas. The view is of the Mull of Galloway and the most southerly point of Scotland.
The dramatic view of cliff-top Culzean Castle as seen from Croy beach. I love this painting, it's one of my favourites as I enjoyed creating the soft reflections in the sea water below. This artwork is now proudly hanging on a wall in Canada.
I live just 5 miles from the Carrick village of Straiton and my husband and I often enjoy the trails around the village. I painted this landscape in 2018 and it's also the inspiration for our brand and logo. The skyline is a beauty, featuring the Straiton Monument...
